Shira Zelwer is awarded the 2018 Creative Encouragement Grant from the Israel Ministry on Culture and Sport
The Creative Encouragement prize is awarded annually to ten local active visual artists, who’s works have been exhibited in important institutions, recognising their work and contribution to the local art scene. The winners exhibition of the 2017 and 2018 Visual Arts Awards will be held in 2019 at the Ashdod Museum of Art.
